Visual Facilitation
For me facilitation is about being a catalyst for groups of people to do their best work together. I use creative methods to facilitate deeper engagement- engaging learners in an issue, engaging employees in shared purpose, engaging stakeholders in a wider project. I think of myself as a process designer. Even if it is just one workshop, it is a always part of a longer-term process or a wider context.
